One of the basic rules of management involves recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining the right people as members of the organization. It also involves defining roles and responsibilities because you cannot match a person to a job without knowing exactly what you are looking for. Never underestimate the importance of defining roles and responsibilities in the business. (3)
