This week’s “Project Scope Definition and Communication” is a stepping stone for every successful project.

By definition, project scope refers to the detailed set of deliverables or features of a project. These deliverables are derived from a project’s requirements. PMBOK defines Project Scope as the “The work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions.”.
(Extracted and adapted from https://www.simplilearn.com/project-scope-management-importance-rar89-article)

Determining, documenting, and sharing a project’s scope can be complicated and stressful. (Extracted and adapted from https://www.cio.com/article/3238131/how-to-determine-document-and-communicate-your-project-scope.html)

If a project skips detailed decomposition and requirements analysis, the scope remains ambiguous.
